Due to the range of animals potentially involved & the specific requirements of both the owner & the animals in question, it is essential for a consultation visit to take place prior to acceptance of any booking.

Your requirements will be documented & a welfare report will be completed for periods in excess of 3 days or where deemed appropriate.
